<Requirement documents for Immigration to Canada>

Nowadays, more and more people try to Immigrate Canada. 

There are 4 types of Immigration permit. 

1. Express entry
2.  (EE)

In this post, I try to explain of Express Entry. 

Express Entry is a program to give Green card who have high education level and career experience.

Canada Immigration evaluates applicants their eligibility, Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), as a relative evaluation. This assessment consists of skills, education, language ability, work experience and other factors. 

There are 4 steps to apply Express Entry work. 

Step 1. Find out if you are eligible. 

 Confirm with answering few questions whether applicant meet the minimum requirements.

Those questions include factors;

• age

Step 2. Get your documents ready.

1. Documents for your profile

Applicant don’t need to upload documents to submit a profile, but Applicant may need information from some or all of these documents:

• passport or travel document

• language test results

• education

• credential assessment report

Applicant is applying through the Federal Skilled Workers program, or applicant wants to get points for the education you got outside Canada

• provincial nomination (if you have one)

• written job offer from an employer in Canada (if you have one)

• Documents for your application for permanent residence

If Government of Canada invite applicant to apply, he or she will need to upload copies of the documents he or she used for their profile (see list above). Most applicants will also need to upload the following:

• police certificates

Every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more.

* But, the inconvenience of issuing Police Certificate in other country is that you have to go every country that you’ve stayed more than 6 months to get the document.

It only can be issued in person. 

If you want to issue by substitute, it is also needed a lot of papers to proof why you can’t appear (such as hospital certificate, confirmation of overseas stay), warrant of attorney and ID of substitute and applicant, etc.

Step 3. Submit your profile. 

In this step, applicant can check its score and submit profile. Government of Canada will evaluate EE profile.

Step 4: Receive an invitation and apply for permanent residence

Government of Canada send invitations to apply to the candidates with the highest scores in the pool. If Government of Canada invite applicant to apply, it will be 60 days to submit application for permanent residence.
