KICPC resolves overseas documents problem online for overseas residents

"In order to drive in Korea immediately, I must obtain an apostille on my US driver's license and submit it to Korea. However, Apostille only be issued in the local country. It is frustrating to be unable to come and go United States and Korea freely.”
