“Hi! I studied and graduated a university in New Zealand. Now I suddenly get an acceptance letter from a Chinese company so I have to move to China. Before leave there are lots of papers to prepare like graduation certificate, criminal records check while in New Zealand and so on. 1. Issue documents from New Zealand

2. Translate the documents into Chinese
 : Translation is no surprise at all since you are to submit to China. But make sure that the documents are translated by a professional translator unless you get denied in the next step. 

3. Notarize the translation
 : This step is to check whether the translation matches with the original and done appropriately.

4. Get a certification from the ministry of foreign affairs of New Zealand.

5. Get a certification from the embassy of the People’s Republic of China in New Zealand. 

Though the whole procedure can be split into five steps, it is not easy at all and also cost you a lot of time. Due to the spread of corona, offices under the jurisdiction are closed these days, so that it could cost you more time than usual. However, if you are the one in the case mentioned earlier, you have a lot of things to prepare excluding these stuffs. Applying visa, looking for a place to live in China, packing your baggage and so on. So you may feel short of time!
