총 6 Round가 있어서 6번까지 계속 신청 (7월24일까지) 가능합니다.

한번 신청으로 끝나는 줄 알았는데.. 당첨 되지 않았으면 또 하라고 합니다.

당첨 되었으면 더 이상 할 수 없습니다.

If I applied in a previous round and did not win, do I have to apply again or 

will my application roll-over?
Applications do not roll over to later rounds. You must submit a new application 

for each round of grants in order to be considered for funding in that round. 

If I applied and won on a previous round, can I apply again?

No, in order to provide grants to as many winners as possible, 

we do not allow winners to re-submit in another round.

위와 같이 이전 Round에서 당첨 되지 않았으면, 새 신청서를 각 Round 마다 신청 하라고 되어 있어요.
