CFO/SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

· Analyze and prepare financial statements on amonthly basis and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule

· Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures

· Analyze revenues, commission and expenses toensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis

· Prepare monthly account reconciliations

· Assist with financial and tax audits

· Prepare tax returns and corporate reportrequirements

· Prepare quarterly commission reports; analyzingand correcting discrepancies

· Document and monitor of internal control

· Other projects as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS &QUALITIES

· Bachelors’ or higher degree in Accounting forFinance

· Strong understanding of accounting theory

· CPA designation preferred but not required

· 3+ years accounting/finance experiences; CPA isa plus, but not required

· Highly detailed oriented or organized in work

· Ability to meet assigned deadlines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skillswith a customer service focus

· Ability to act and operate independently withminimal daily direction from CEO to accomplish objectives

· Ability to work cooperatively andcollaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agenciesto maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results

SALARY & BENEFITS

· Salary: $75,000/Year

· Salary: $48,000/Year
