Local Orange County CPA firm is seeking Full time staff accountant.



Main job tasks and responsibilities

· Data entry – Monthly bank and credit card transaction

· Monthly reconciliations

· Monthly bank and credit card transaction

· Posting journal entries

· Filing & organizing documents

· Other miscellaneous documents upon request

· Sales Tax

Qualification

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

· Must be a fast learner and detail oriented

· Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Korean)

· Proficient in Microsoft office (word and excel)

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Solid interpersonal/communication skills

· Flexibility

· Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

· Accounting major preferred

· Entry-level accountant with about 1 year of solid accounting experience are welcome
