POSITION: Customer Service Representatives

FULL TIME REGULARPOSITION (MON ~ FRI: 9AM ~6PM 1HOUR LUNCH)

JOB LOCATION:Irvine, CA_​ ​

Role & Responsibility
.Customer Service Representatives & Management

. Daily Order entryand order tracking

. Communicatewith Customers by Phone and E-mail
. Multi-tasking and Detail oriented

Basic Requirement

. Must be proficient in English (readingand writing) and Korean Bilingual

. Must be able to perform basiccomputer tasks such as email, internet, MS Office, and at least 40 WPM typingspeed.

. MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills required(mandatory)

. Able to work overtime if required

. Entry level Preferredbut candidates without experience are encouraged toapply
