FULL-TIME REGULAR POSITION (MON ~ FRI: 9 AM ~6 PM 1HOUR LUNCH)

JOB LOCATION: Irvine, CA

Role & Responsibility
. Customer Service Representatives & Management

. Daily Order entry and order tracking

. Communicate with Customers by Phone and E-mail
. Multi-tasking and Detail oriented

Basic Requirement

. Must be proficient in English (reading and writing) and Korean Bilingual

. Must be able to perform basic computer tasks such as email, internet, MS Office, and at least 40 WPM typing speed.

. MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills required(mandatory)

. Able to work overtime if required

. Entry level Preferred but candidates without experience are encouraged to apply
