The ideal candidate would deliver a professional presentation to merchants and maintain the ideals and standards of FIRMUS. The successful Sales Consultant will constantly strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals, and provide merchants with high-end business solutions.
FIRMUS is looking for independent, honest and self-motivated candidates who can manage relationships with business owners.
The job requires you to acquire new customers by setting up appointments with the business owners over the phone, face to face, through personal contacts and via referral. Once you make contact with the business owner, you will gather their merchant statements, then provide consultation by offering a variety of solutions, including payment processing plans as well as marketing and gift card solutions.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Understand all of the company’s products as well as competitors’ offerings in the card processing industry.
Advise merchants about the best solutions for their business.
Build rapport with merchants.
Conduct business to business telephone sales and appointments.
Play as a team member.
Deliver weekly and monthly sales report to management.
