Medical Office Staff

We are a busy medical office located near Downtown/Koreatown in Los Angeles. We are looking for a bilingual (fluent in both English and Korean) individual who is highly motivated and is a quick learner. The individual must be able to multi-task and be facile with computers (type at least 40 WPM). Friendly personality is required as we deal with patients on a daily basis. And last but not least, he/she must be punctual.

Basic job duties include - answering phone calls, checking eligibility, scheduling patients, corresponding with insurance companies/hospitals/etc., EMR use, and data/claim entry

Experience working in medical office is preferred although not necessary.

We are a merit based company. Pay after initial probation period is commensurate with experience and with quality of work.
