Modu Food Service is rapidly expanding food manufacturing company that is serving various restaurants and retail/wholesale markets throughout the Southern California.

Responsibilities

- Comprehend and execute specific Standard Operating Procedures.
- Inspect incoming materials and outgoing products to SOP and specification
- Inspect & monitor food manufacturing to make sure the procedures are followed, and product specifications are met
- Work with production managers and production team leaders to correct any deviations
- Keep record of all inspections and measurement according to SOP & SSOP
- Support QA team in data collection, documentation and other QA/QC related work

Qualifications

- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Attention to detail is a must
- Able to work independently and work well with others
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
- Previous inspection, QC, QA experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Korean, English/Spanish language is a plus
