Job Title: B2B Sales Executive Position
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
·Managing leads through the B2B sales process from inquiry to close
·Managing the prospect’s buying process including catalogs and seasonal look books, budget, timeline, decision-makers
·Monitor and analyze customer’s sales trend and volume for sales growth.
·Creating and scheduling of purchase and sales order through ERP (SAP)
·Manage monthly sales and inventory report.
·Manage A/R and chargebacks of clients
·Manage DVS (Drop shipping vendor service) daily > B2C
·Communicate with Logistics team, MD teams in Korea and freight forwarders to manage products shipping activities
·Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks related to online and retail business
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
·Bachelor’s degree and/or
Experience
·2+ years of experience in national B2B accounts is strongly preferred
·Experience in SAP or similar ERP system is strongly preferred
·Strong communication, organizational and follow through skills
·Software (MS Office) skills is strongly preferred
·Understanding of OEM, ODM is a good to have
·General Understanding of marketing/promotional practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
·Fluent in Korean and English is a must
