Product Marketing Manager
- Role & Responsibilities
The Product Marketing Manager will manage the operational and granular analytical elements of the smart seat & small home appliance business.
• Promotional spending forecasting and implementation

Finance & Operations
- Role & Responsibilities
The finance and operations job entails overseeing all aspects of operational financial planning and cash flow management. The candidate is responsible for compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and translating fiscal data into actionable information to drive operational and business decisions by our executive.
This role includes but not limited to: general accounting, accounts receivable/payable, managing product's import, contract/lease compliance, budgeting, audit support, quarterly analysis/reporting, and monthly reconciliations.
• Perform daily routine accounting processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Recording Payroll, Cash Management, and Recording Journal Entries.
• Review monthly / quarterly financial performance reports and provide insight on risks and opportunities.
• Oversees account reconciliations and production of regularly scheduled summary reports, income and financial statements for assigned accounting operations. Analyzes reports for accuracy prior to distribution.
• Develop and maintain budgets, projections & forecasts for upcoming locations and monitor performances monthly
• Manage annual budget upload and data integrity testing
• Prepare timely and accurate sales, use, and occupancy tax returns as well as any other external reports or returns as deemed necessary.
• Ensure successful treasury cash management, compliance with the management agreement and attendant legal documents.
• Manage Product’s import process
• Ensure all financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and other information required by the company are accurately compiled and submitted within the specified time limits, identifying variances, and making recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
• Performing other duties as assigned
- Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree from accredited 4-year university in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management required.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance and/or related fields with proven track record.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Strong technical skills and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• CPA (preferred but not required)
• Strong relationship management, verbal and written communication, and strategic thinking & analytical skills required.
• Ability to see the big picture, while possessing strong analytical / technical skills.
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment

Sales Manager (Retail/OEM)
- Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for the revenue generation in the Retail channel and develop additional OEM opportunity in the market. This role will ensure sales plans and key account strategies are implemented and have direct selling responsibility into the account(s). This is a critical role focused on growing revenue, profit and market share.
This person will be responsible for maximizing the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy. They will build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
• Manage day-to-day account(s) including demand planning, pricing, and sales program execution.
• Identify, develop and manage new accounts relationships through the direct/indirect customer contact.
• Initiate and present new sales ideas, sales strategies and implementation plans to management to keep the company market competitive and relevant.
• Manage sales performance by measuring volume, profit, distribution, pricing and expense management, and take corrective action where necessary.
• Facilitate and resolve customer relations issues.
• Provide sales reports and industry sales info to management regularly.
• Develop new OEM customer(s) on top of managing current OEM account

Technical Coordinator
- Role & Responsibilities
Performs a wide variety of technical support and mechanical duties for bathroom appliances and related products of INUS.
• Responds to customer requests, for technical and product support.
• Acts as an escalation point for the resolution of technical issues.
• Reads and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Works closely with engineering to resolve design issues.
• Develops and modifies detailed work instructions for installation, assembly or test.
• Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.
• Creates, reviews and updates technical documentation as needed.
• Supports team in organizing various projects.
• Performs customer trainings.
- Skills and Qualifications
• An associate degree, or higher level with vocational/technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to handle multiple, changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and team skills
• Proficient in the use of small manual and power tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 40lbs
• Some travel is required.
• Must possess good reading skills for drawings, service manuals and blueprints.
• 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance, electronic or mechanical technician in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Possess a quick and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Korean language speaking and writing skills.
Customer Service & Operation
- Role & Responsibilities
INUS Home USA is looking to bring on a Customer Service & Operation Manager to ensure best customer experience with INUS. The Customer Service Manager will play an important role in building solid customer relationship while responding to customer’s inquiries with regards to orders, processing or logistics. Organization and attention to details are keys to this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests, as well as arrange logistics.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Acknowledging and resolving merchant inquiries.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward merchants at all times.
• Answer any questions the customers may have.
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders.
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check outgoing orders.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships by providing excellent customer service to all inquiries and customer contacts via phone and/or email.
