• Work authorization (Preferred)

Responsible for production and development of all baked goods and desserts

Maintain a positive & professional work environment

Maintain culinary standards and work efficiently to produce profitable and delicious food.

Manage inventory

Adheres to and implements sanitation regulations and safety procedures

Ordering, receiving, baking , packing and general production of pastry within commissary kitchen.

Independent follow through with tasks and attention to detail.

Effective communication with Culinary team, sales and office staff.
