채용 분야

Quality Assurance Manager

담당 업무

- Responsible for recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, counseling, and disciplining quality staffs.

- Maintain Food Safety and Quality Assurance Programs; including but not limited to HACCP, GMP, ISO2200, FSC22000, in-house and third party audits, and compliance certificates.

- Develop product specifications for all products manufactured in either finished goods and/or WIP and maintain up to date changes and records as they occur.

- Responsible for the handling of customer complaints and lead investigations for root cause analysis and corrective measure.

- Manage internal sample retains, testing, and record keeping ensuring completeness, review written and electronic records for accuracy and validity of results.

- Develop and implement tracking programs to monitor progress of quality and safety goals and provide trend analysis to management (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).

- Work closely with the department managers to ensure all staffs are working in compliance with internal quality, GMP, and safety policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with FDA and OSHA.

- Maintain up to date calibration of all testing devices.

- Oversee the quarterly Health and Safety meeting and program.

- Develop, implement, and oversee vendor qualification programs, supplier audits, and monitoring progrmas.

- Perform other dutieis for the benefit of the company as required
