We are an insurance marketing organization (IMO) located in Gardena, CA seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The administration office supports thousands of associates in providing financial services to middle-income families.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- administrative experience plus
- Basic clerical office skills including proficient usage of Microsoft Word & Excel at minimum
- Fast and accurate type skills (50 wpm at minimum)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneously occurring assignments
- Insurance industry experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus, but not a must (English & Korean or English & Spanish)
- Assist in company event preparations by doing site searches, corresponding with various venues, create and launch registration, coordinate on site, and compile post-event reports.
- Book flights, stays, cruises, and activities for incentive trips.
- Coordinate advertisement designs between the VP of Operations and various advertising media.
- Research marketing campaigns and trends.
- Devise advertisement contents.
- 1+ years of experience in Administration
- Bachelor’s degree
- Travel to weekend events when requested (minimum 3 times a year)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
WHAT WILL HELP YOU

- Event planning
- Graphic Design (use of Adobe Photoshop)
- Marketing (conventional advertisement, social media, etc.)
- Customer Service
- Korean & English bilingual
Compensation will be considered based on experience.
