Some people like Debora9 is hopelessly inadequate in writing her opinion, regardless her basic grammar, in English.
In composition of either an essay or an article there are a few basic requirements to be met in order for her to convey messages properly so that the reader could understand the main point in its expression.
The general rules are 3 C's, Clear, Compact and Complete.
To have the statement clear, the writer is required to take steps in a sequence of introduction, expansion, elaboration and conclusion, including the right vocabulary in its use, of course.
Secondly Compact means that the whole expounding should not be repeated again and again what was already mentioned earlier.
In another word, the shorter the better, in contrary to the spoken form, with the exception of Abe Lincoln's Gettysburg Address which is short and compacted as an example.
Finally it should be directed toward to the conclusion without missing what was originally intended to accomplish. If someone did not observe those golden rules in writing, it could possibly end up as a garbage with lots of gibberish, which refers to speech or other use of language that is nonsense, or that appears to be nonsense."
