May I refer you to a personal story on "Condition of happiness" by Kim, Jin Ah,
appeared in koreatimes.com - in (Jul-Moon-Si-Gak; Youth perspectives) section; top of the list.
And Dr.Moon, Sung Gil's summary on a psychology professor's book," To be happy" - in (Bal-Eon-Dae; Speak-out) section, 2013-1-5.
The book is "Happiness Advantages", Prof. Shawn Achor, Harvard U. and you might have
already watched him talk on this. He appeared on PBS TV many times recently. In short,
he emphasizes happiness thru positive psychology can be utilized for success in business
and life in general, saying, "Happiness fuels success, not the other way around. When we
are positive(A glass half-full, not half-empty), our brains become more engaged, creative, motivated, energetic, resilient and productive at work."
Would anyone volunteer to suggest a short word for true happiness, or feelings of satisfaction for long term? I mean the necessary and sufficient condition.
