Anger and aggression are significantly different.

"Anger is a physiological arousal. It is nothing more. A preparedness. How we use our anger is learned, like exploding,
somatizing, self-punishing, attacking,...
"It is crucial for you to recognize that your response to those
events, and the events themselves are independent. The events
may contribute to your distress, but often the interpretaions
you put on those events and the way you begin talking to
yourself about them (through the filter of neurosis) significantly influence how you feel about them and how you express that feeling. And sometimes, those interpretations and
internal processes emerge from an irrational belief system
(neurosis). That system needs regular inspection and adjustment."

This inspection and adjustment are the the new Anger Management
classes, which will help greatly, through Assertiveness.
