(a few) groups of similar families in the story, pooling together for helping one another. Commercial nursing homes are
too expensive and inefficient, or even inhuman. A budding social
worker may see this as a good challenge. Who knows? Your or my
family may join this kind of pool someday,if the real cure do not come in time.
