I mean panfries with leek.
My wife nudged me last 3 days to go to the local beach, about
5 miles away for collecting oysters and clams. We both love the
tastes of panfries of home-grown buchu, flour, corn starch, and
these clams, called ba ji rak, Manila little neck clams.

So, 3rd time in the row, we went to the beach with her favorite tools of ho mi for clam digging and oyster knife. I took my
favorite reading materials. She is so good in these, she fills
the legal limits for both of us, while I read just a few pages
in a shade. These ba ji rak clams are much larger than those
in Korea. On the way out, she picks some natural chi na mool
along the beach as well.

The first ping pong player who came to our barn was Ron.
My wife took some bu chu bu chim with this clam chopped, to
him for the first time in his life. He liked it. Dan came later
to join. All four of us had good time, playing and laughing.
