Myelin sheath and fatigue
Myelin sheaths look like strings of sausages, insulating all our nerve fibers so that our entire nerve impulses of electricity of 70 mv. propagate at 200 meters per second without
short circuits. MS(multiple sclerosis), body pain,... etc., results if the myelin is not healthy.
Last Monday, Jan said she felt pain all over, but came to play
ping pong with us just to get over the pain. She played okay.
At the end I aked her what her doctor recommended. She said,
"magnesium." I asked,"Are you taking omega-3 fish oil?" Her
answer was yes. "Good. Take vitamin B12 as well. B12 and omega-3
fish oil make the myelin sheaths, and may help you feel better."
She came back on Friday to play ping pong as usual, bringing
along a pretty package, saying,"I bought vitamin B12 on last
Monday after ping pong, on buy one/ get one free deal, and I
feel great today. I don't know if it is the B12 or not. Any how
here is the home made cookies for you and our gang." "Sublingual
B12? "Yes, sublingual."
Next day, I showed the cookies to Ron and Dan when they came to
play, explaining the above story. Ron said, "She wanted to show her gratitude." Dan agreed. My wife felt that way, too. Why
didn't I notice it?
