Salmon 요리 법 ?
Last night, Ron, one of our ping pong parteners, called me in the evening, raining outside. I did not expect his call this late for
ping pong game. He said,"I've got salmon for you." Will continue after playing ping pong; Dan just called me to play, saying, "I got back late last night. Can you play now?" He went away over a few days.
----------------
Just got back after playing sweaty ping pong games with Dan and my wife. Dan and my wife played fast, powerful skills they have
not shown last about 1.5 years - one notch higher level.
-----------------
I can hear sizzling, frying cooking sound from the kitchen, probably the salmon I started to write about. We found halibut tastes better by broilling than frying. So I suggested trying
broilling salmon(coho) as well as frying. Would appreciate it if you would tell us your best recipes for salmon. Ron caught 6
cohos yesterday on his big boat off Seqiu beach, about 150 miles from here. He must be tired today;did not call me for ping pong yet
------------------
Fried sockeye salmon was better than broilled coho, my wife and I agreed. Ron gave us two last night. She said broilled coho had "약간 비릿내",but fried sockeye(red color in meat) tasted better than Certified Black Angus ribeye steak from QFC in town, which was bought by Fred Meyer, which in turn bought by Kroger.
We used to catch many king salmons at around Buoy 10 at the mouth of Columbia River, Near Ilwaco, Wash, on our little Zodiac
boat amongst near a thousand other boats. A hectic competitions
with exhilarating fun and tasty dinner at night! Even that fun is not as good as our ping pong fun now with our buddies.
My wife just gave me a plate of dessert with peeled D'Anjou pears, organically grown on our side yard, grown 20 years, looking ugly with dark spots on their skin, but tastes much sweater than 신고배(?) from Korea.
