재료[Ingredients]: 1 Cup=200ml
깻잎 25-30장 perilla leaves
다진 쇠고기 200g ground beef
다진 양파 3 Tbsp chopped onion
다진 파 3 Tbsp chopped green onion
다진 당근 3 Tbsp chopped carrot
간마늘 1 Tbsp minced garlic
소금 1/2 tsp salt
참기름 1 Tbsp sesame oil
맛술 1 Tbsp Mirin
후추 ground black pepper
녹말가루 3 Tbsp corn starch
계란 2개+노른자 1개 2 eggs plus one yolk
기름 cooking oil for pan frying
만들기[Instructions]:
핏물 뺀 쇠고기에 다진 야채_소금_맛술_참기름_후추가루_마늘 넣고 잘 주물러 양념하고
깻이 한 쪽면에 녹말가루 묻혀 양념한 고기를 얇게 반만 펴준 후 접어 삼각 모양을 만들어
계란물 씌워 팬에서 지져냅니다
Finely chop the onion, green onion, carrot
and combine all the stuffing ingredients well by hand until turns into a sticky lump
Dredge one side of the perilla leaf in the corn starch, one at a time
Place a perilla leaf on your hand and add about a tablespoon of stuffing to the upper half of the leaf. Spread evenly. Bring the other half of the leaf over to cover the stuffing and fold the corners to make a triangle shape. Lightly flatten it with your hand-repeat with the rest of the perilla leaves and the stuffing
Heat up a skillet with some cooking oil over medium heat
Dip each stuffed leaf in the egg batter, one at a time
And pan-fry over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes each side or until slightly golden
