재료[Ingredients]: 1 Cup=200ml
소고기 200g topside of beef, thinly sliced
달걀 2개 eggs
찹쌀가루 5 Tbsp glutinous rice flour
밑간 양념: for beef marinade
소금 1/4 tsp salt
후추 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
맛술 1 Tbsp cooking rice wine or Mirin
참기름 1 Tbsp sesame oil
다진 마늘 또는 마늘가루 조금 minced garlic or garlic powder
식용유 some cooking oil for pan-frying
만들기[Instructions]:
육전용 소고기를 3mm두께로 썰고
페이퍼 타올로 핏물로 뺀 후
고기는 한 장씩 칼을 지그시 눕혀 두드려 연하게 해 줍니다
밑간 양념 넣어 잠시 둔 후
찹쌀가루 묻혀 계란물 씌워
달구어진 팬에서 중양불로 지져 냅니다
Cut the meat into 3mm thin rectangle shapes
Remove the blood out of the meat by lightly patting with a paper towel
Tenderize the meat with a meat mallet or a knife by lightly pounding diagonally across the surface
Mix all the ingredients and marinade the meat for about 20 minutes
Dredge each piece of the marinated beef in the glutinous rice flour evenly, coating well. Shake off excess flour
Dip the flour covered beef into the whisked egg mixture
Heat a non-stick pan over medium low heat. Coat the pan with some oil
Cook the beef over medium low until golden brown or blood-like red juice becomes visible on top
Top with colorful bell pepper pieces or some greens
Immediately flip the beef and cook the other side until egg coating is lightly browned. It won’t take long to cook this time since the beef is almost cooked through
Serve with dipping soy sauce
