How to prepare Traveling abroad with kids

Are you planning your travel abroad with kids? Traveling alone is also not an easy task, but traveling with a child is really tough one. There are lots of things to care about, for having safe travel with your child. Here is the list, check it out!

•   ♦ Emergency medicines – As we all know, children often get hurt. It is recommended to pack various medicines such as bandage, cold medicine, and digestive medicine etc.

•    ♦ Kid’s pillow – It is not necessary to take pillow on your travel but it is better if you can. The pillow in the hotel can be a little high for the child because it is tailored to the height of an adult. So take the kid’s pillow if you have enough space in your luggage.

•    ♦ Folding baby carriage – If your child need a stroller during the travel, pack a folding baby carriage. If you are going to walkative tour, this one may be really helpful.

•    ♦ Passport (Passport Copy) – Here is the most important one, Passport. It is a good idea to take copies of the passport in case you lose it. Many unexpected things can happen while you travel with your kids. Make sure to prepare the copies!

•    ♦ Birth Certificate, Family Relation Certificate – These documents are not the required documents, but you had better take it with you. If the child is traveling with one parent, it is highly recommended to take Family Relation Certificate. Child-related crimes are on the rise, so one adult and a child entering the country can be asked to prove this document.

•    ♦ Child Travel Consent Documents (Notarization) – If you are the only person traveling with the child or you are not the child’s parent (ex. You are the cousin or aunt of the kids), you have to prepare this document. The child even could not be allowed to enter the country if you can’t show them this document. As I said before, this is not a required document but I advise you to take this. Depending on which country you visit, the document need to be notarized by an official.
