A. In Pakistan 
 STEP 1.
 You issue your document on criminal records in Pakistan
 STEP 2.
 Translate it in the language that the country you are to submit to use
 *** This process might be tricky so i recommend you to find a professional translator no matter you are fluent
 STEP 3.
 Get apostille from the embassy!
 
 B. Out of Pakistan
 STEP 1.
 You look for someone in Pakistan and ask him or her to issue the document on behalf of you
 STEP 2.
 Translate it in the language that the country you are to submit to use
 (The same as in Pakistan)
 STEP 3.
 You again ask for the person to get apostille
 
 In sum, if you are outside of Pakistan, you need to look for someone else in Pakistan to help you!
 Sadly this is the only way because both issuing criminal background check and getting apostille
 is only available in Pakistan.
