Omnigates is currently hiring full time Office Assistant.
Job Duties and Skills
· Ability to work independently and efficiently
· Run company errands
· Social Media posting
· Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
· Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· General office duties
· Offer friendly customer service accurately and quickly
· Supporting front desk and receptionist duties
· Answers and directs phone calls and takes messages as appropriate
· As required, offer support on diverse employee projects
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Filing experience
· Foundational knowledge in data entry
· Solid understanding of working as an assistant
· Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
· Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
· Bilingual in English and Korean
