Our E-commerce marketplace accounts for our IT products and Parts.

We are looking for full-time E-Commerce Assistant:

Responsibilities

Answering Emails, Customer Inquiries and taking Phone Calls, Routing Calls on and from Marketplace platform such as Ebay

Handling Returns, cancelling orders

Collaboration with multiple departments: from the warehouse to shipping to sales and beyond.

Understanding e-commerce procedures, fees, and systems, as well as any updates that may affect them.

Create & optimize listings on e-commerce selling platform, including writing product descriptions and content, build and manage product images, adjust information such as price, etc.

Job Requirements

Computer literacy.

35-45 wpm min.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Basic Excel, word and experience with templates for uploading products.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualifications:

Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred: Associates degree or Bachelors

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
