Client Profile

Duties & responsibilities
- Develop, plan, implementproduct positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the B2B orB2C market place
- Monitor and benchmark producttrends and develop sales tools to support selling process of the products
- Develop strategy and managemarketing programs that drive demand for products
- Responsible for planning,implementing, maintaining, sourcing, and updating product packaging
- Work closely with departments toestablish and execute successful marketing programs to achieve business objectiveness
- Establish and maintainproduct cycle
- Collect data on consumers,competitors, and market place, and consolidate information into actionableitems, reports, and presentations
- Understand businessobjectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
- Compile and analyzestatistical data using modern and traditional methods
- Interpret data, formulatereports, and make recommendations
- Attend and participate inmeetings when necessary and appropriate
- Manage overall marketingtasks
- Performs other related duties and special projects asassigned
Education or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in thefields of Marketing, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalentcombination of education and experience required
- 3+ years or more relevantwork experience, food industry Preferred
Skills & Abilities Requirements
- Bilingualin English and Korean Must
- Strong people and projectmanagement skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment, handling multiple assignments from conception to completion ondeadline and on budget
- Ability to work, network,communicate and motivate effectively at all levels within the organization aswell as external parties
- Excellent presentation &interpersonal skills for Client or Executives
- Outstanding communicationskills (Verbal and Written)
- computer skills (MicrosoftWord, PowerPoint, and Excel, Photoshop, Social Media…)
- Necessary to travel occasionally
