JEM Iron Inc. is a growing company located in Anaheim. We are the subcontractor focusing on fabrication and installation of Miscellaneous/Ornamental Steel and Structural Steel. Position Summary:

Now, we have an opening position to the estimator. The candidate can provide proactive estimating on multiple projects, which includes providing quantity takeoffs, bidding, and once awarded you will then be responsible for reviewing the project contract, strives for accuracy and correct cost estimates. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with Civil or Construction background or have experience in the relevant field. We are preferring to train the entry-level and welcome graduating student.

Job Requirements:

- Good English written/oral skills and prefer Korean speakers

- At least have a Civil or Construction background or experience in relevant field

- Must demonstrate the ability to interact with engineers, subcontractors, general contractors, and vendors

- Must able to read and understand Construction Document/Blueprint

- Able to use Microsoft Excel
