| New Wave Lending is hiring mortgage professional or candidate to join our growing operation team that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market. The Applicant is expected to demonstrate a sense of urgency, willingness to work cooperatively with others, detail oriented, and be an effective team player whose primary focus is to service customers/partners. | ||||||||||
| Mortgage industry experience is a plus but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. | ||||||||||
| Position Title: Secondary_Lockdesk (Entry Level) | ||||||||||
| Entry Level: | ||||||||||
| ▪ Bi-lingual (Korean is preferable) | ||||||||||
| ▪ Must have good verbal & written communication skills | ||||||||||
| ▪ Team player & willingness to learn | ||||||||||
| ▪ High integrity individual & processing guidelines | ||||||||||
| ▪ Good time management & detail oriented skills are essentials | ||||||||||
| ▪ Review loan applications, disclosures, and set up files in the system | ||||||||||
| ▪ Contact partners and other 3rd parties for any missing information/correct documents | ||||||||||
| Duties: | ||||||||||
| Secondary | ||||||||||
| ▪ Run and Evaluate pipeline management reports daily, or as required | ||||||||||
| ▪ Administer, configure, and maintain Pricing Engine including eligibility and pricing rules | ||||||||||
| ▪ Lock, extend, re-lock and re-price loans in Loan Origination System as requested, ensuring pricing calculation are correct | ||||||||||
| ▪ Complete Corresponding investor locks, ensuring target profit margins and data integrity are maintained | ||||||||||
| ▪ Produce and distribute daily pricing/rate sheet for Clients | ||||||||||
| ▪ Assist with the maintenance of and updates/changes to rate sheets | ||||||||||
| ▪ Perform to evaluate competitive position | ||||||||||
| ▪ Assist with maintenance of investor pricing, SRP and policies | ||||||||||
| ▪ Monitor MBS market conditions throughout the day to anticipate the need for market driven price improvement or worsening | ||||||||||
| ▪ Assist with the trade and allocation of loans through direct trade, bulk bid trade, Best Efforts commitment | ||||||||||
| ▪ Assist with all trade related functions such as commitment pair offs, rolls, swaps, assignment, etc. | ||||||||||
| ▪ As necessary, additional duties required to meet team and company goals | ||||||||||
