Our 100% vegan and 100% cruelty-free hair dyes and hair care products are sold worldwide on both online and offline platforms. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping

Cash flow management

Month-end and Year-end Close Process

Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation

Accounts Payable

Billing and Accounts Receivables

Financial Reporting & Annual Financial Audit

Assist Tax Filings in multiple states and Compliance Reports

General operations and research

Audit internal accounting operations

Pricing and margin analysis

Manage accounting staff members

Assist in the preparation of information for external accountants

Other duties may be assigned

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

CPA a plus

Project management experience preferred

Must be highly detail-oriented

Strong strategic / budget development, planning, and analytical ability

Strong work ethic, high standards for work product, honesty and integrity

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Strong process and systems experience

Track record of being able to be relied upon to work both independently and with a team

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel a must)

MUST be fluent in English
