[ Position: Marketing Manager ]

Job Requirements
● Develop marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels
● Evaluate marketing programs in achieving their stated objective
● Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish
● Analyze conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
● Brainstorm new marketing ideas with senior management
● Supervise and train department employees

Job Qualifications
● Must be able to work legally in the US
● 2-3 years of marketing or related experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Word and Excel
● Photo and video editing skills highly preferred
● Korean and English bilingual highly preferred
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

[ Marketing Associate ]

Job Requirements
● Assist Marketing Manager in his/her tasks
● Manage daily administrative tasks of the department
● Create advertising material (e.g. flyers and social media posts)
● Manage all social media accounts of the organization
● Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns
● Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past marketing campaigns
● Perform additional duties at the discretion of Marketing Manager

Job Qualifications
● Must be able to work legally in the US
● 1 year of marketing or related experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Word and Excel
● Photo and video editing skills highly preferred
● Korean and English bilingual highly preferred
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
