We are seeking an experienced Sales Management / Sales Operating Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven Sales Management / Sales Operating Manager track record.
Responsibilities
- Calculating customer quotations and analyzing costs and sales and customer information
- Responsible for collection of bills about sold products
- Be responsible for accurately forecasting opportunities and participate in account reviews by ERP system
- Forecasting price trends, product sales, Inventory status, Inventory orders, and budget
- Responsible for monitoring, compiling, and analyzing a sales performance
- Work closely with the production team(HQ in Korea) to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
- Analyze complex data sources and information to find patterns in data
- Complete regular administrative responsibilities including Registering orders, Order shipping, stock in & out daily record checking, closing monthly sales, and administrative work in the relevant area
- Support Logistics DB establishment
Qualifications
Fluent in Korean/English
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong knowledge of research methods and statistics
Strong ability to translate research findings into meaningful business decisions
Ability to work with all levels of management
Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time
