We're currently recruiting dedicated and attentive individuals to join us as Airbnb Hosting Assistants. This position will support the day-to-day operations of short-term rental operations. Ideal for those who are organized, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn. You'll have the flexibility to work from home or the office, making this an ideal opportunity for those seeking flexible and stable work, including parents, college students, and those in the service industry.

Working hours are flexible, and wages range from $20.52 to $25.52 per hour on weekdays and $26.22 to $42.54 per hour on weekends. Applicants with basic English communication skills and no prior experience are required. One-on-one personalized training is provided, allowing even those without prior experience to get started without any issues.

Primary duties include greeting guests and assisting with check-in, managing reservations and schedules, updating property information, organizing documents, collaborating with service providers, and responding to emergencies.
