There are many ways all of us seniors can achieve healthy and satisfying lives. One may be
to find a new way to make more money as Jinghis Khan suggests in an attachment elsewhere. May I suggest another one way, in which you can improve your physical and
mental health while enjoying the process as well? My one and best answer is change of
lifestyle. Self-sufficiency is a good one. Grow your own foods in your back yards or local
community gardens; there are many now. Go fishing like Bub Za or my wife does. Go hunting mushrooms, animals, etc. Pick apples, nuts, and other fruits and vegetables at
"You pick your own farms". We collect most of what we eat from nature for free for long time
now, It's fun, healthy exercise, at minimum cost. Free items around here include pine
mushrooms, Go-Sa-Ri, oysters, various clams, Ham-Cho, Pa-Rae, sea-kelp, Yung-Ji mush
rooms, Mer-Wi, etc.
