"Endurance; Shackleton's Incredible Voyage"

May I recommend this real life drama, involving 28 sailors' expedition to the South pole,
ship-wreck, and their endurance(2 years long, I believe) to rescue themselves with
Captain Shackleton's leadership? I saw it on a movie too, but the book is incomparable.
We all need more people like Shackleton as a leader and his crew as his shipmates.
Would anyone comment on this book or movie, if already read?

This voyage is considered the best real adventure drama, better than fictions like Robinson
Crusoe, Moby Dick, Old man and the sea, etc. Enjoy, learn true and live human spirit.
