Reversing hypertention
I read the above book by Julian Whitaker MD in July, 2001 and
have been following its nutritional supplement prescription.
Yesterday, my blood pressure was 110/63/69 bpm without taking
any hypertention drugs.
My older brother died of a stroke in his mid fifties. That's
when I started to think about the prevention of the eventuality.
My almost daily ping pong is another precaution and great fun to boot. It does not feel like something you have to do for your own sake. I want to do it.
I don't know if the following list is good for everybody. So checking it out with your health history, and for interactions with any drugs you may be taking is advised.

2. beta carotene, 15,000 IU
3. vitamin C, 2,500 mg
4. " D3, 3,000 -5,000 IU
