六月吟 / 유월음

琪花瑤草滿花苑 / 기화요초만화원 

多樣各鳥飛靑天 / 다양각조비청천  

山野物色漸進綠 / 산야물색점진녹  

淸凉好時隱密澯 / 청량호시은밀찬   

유월을 읊다

갖가지 꽃들은 꽃밭에 만발하고

뭇새들 푸르른 하늘로 날아올라.

산과들 색깔은 점점더 맑아지고 

상큼한 호시절 어느새 찾아왔네.

English Translation

Ode to June

All kinds of blooms now fill the field,  

As flocks of birds to blue skies yield.  

The hills and plains in hues are so clear,  

Sweet season's joy is drawing near.

Spanish Translation

Oda a Junio

Las flores brotan en gran esplendor,  

y al cielo azul se lanza el cantor.  

Montes y campos brillan sin fin,  

llegó el buen tiempo con su jazmín.

French Translation

Ode à Juin

Les fleurs éclatent dans les jardins pleins,  

Les oiseaux volent vers les cieux lointains.  

Monts et vallées prennent un ton plus clair,  

Voici l’été doux, léger comme l’air.

Japanese Translation

六月の頌歌（しょうか）

さまざまな花　野に咲き満ちて、

青空めざし　鳥は飛びたつ。

山と野の色　澄みわたりゆき、

爽やか季節　そっと訪（おとず）つ。
