 Vietnam is the most rising country of EME(Emerging Market Economy)
so that there are many people who are not native staying in Vietnam for reasons like expanding business.
When they happen to stay in another country for a long time, they need to submit some documents.
One of the document which i am going to explain specifically is ‘Criminal Records Check’.
This document is the most essential document for a long stay in alien countries. 

  However, the fact that you have lived in Vietnam itself doesn’t require you
Vietnamese criminal records check. Only if you stayed for more than 183 days you need to prepare it.
Otherwise, criminal records in your homecountry are enough.
You can issue the Vietnamese criminal records check from the ministry of Justice and the fee is
2 million Vietnamese Dong. 

  The point matter here is that the document itself is totally out of use because it isn’t accepted outside of Vietnam.
If you want to use it to other countries you’ll be required the attestation of the document.
However, the attestation process requires a number of steps to be completed such as Federal and embassy legalization. Moreover before attestation you need to translate it which is in Vietnamese and notarize it. 

  Merely checking what to do to authenticate the criminal records drives me tired!
I guess so it does to you.
The reality of this is hardly any better, if not far worse.
