Home Capital America is an exciting real estate technology company that will change the way homeowners purchase homes & current homeowners access the equity in their homes. You'll be working on a cutting edge product that has the potential to help homeowners throughout the country.

Role

• Be the lead contact for our customers and referral channels in the real estate & mortgage industries

• Handle emails, chat, and calls with exceptional customer service

• Educate customers and referral channels on our product with enthusiasm

• Gather and document key insights for further developing our products and services

• Identify process improvements to positively impact our customer experience

• Participate in fun, easy, and valuable training and licensing programs to expand the team’s capabilities

What We Look For

• A positive and problem solving approach to customer service

• Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Previous experience in mortgage, real estate (escrow, title, property management), financial services or banking preferred, but not necessary

• Part-Time/Internship may be possible under certain situations

Compensation

• $50,000-$70,000 Base Pay + Unlimited Incentives
