가을 국화에 부쳐

가을 국화 맑은 향기 뜰에 가득하고,
옥 같은 가지와 맑은 그림자 가을바람에 비치네.
그윽하고 수수한 자태는 시심을 멀리 이끌고,
푸른 운율의 여운은 옛 궁궐을 감도네.

English Translation

Ode to the Autumn Chrysanthemum 
 

The chrysanthemum’s fragrance in gardens is shown,
Its jade-white shadows dance where cool winds are blown.
So pure and serene, my heart finds its tone,
Its autumnal music surrounds the old throne.

Oda al Crisantemo de Otoño 

El crisantemo esparce su suave olor,
con ramas de jade meciéndose al soplor.
Su gracia sencilla despierta al cantor,
y envuelve palacios con eco mayor.

Ode au Chrysanthème d’Automne 
 

Le chrysanthème embaume d’un doux éclat de fleur,
Ses branches de jade frémissent en douceur.
